No, it's not. But that depends on the context of your message, and the context of the message you're replying to. If, for example, somebody asks how to do so-and-so task in Linux, and you reply with how to do the same task in OpenBSD, that's trolling, just like it would have been trolling if the same were done on a Windows or BSD support forum. There are some threads, however, where mentioning another operating system may be warranted. As expected, it's much harder to give an example of these, than counter-examples.
