Most local hospitals here in Philippines don't invest much on IT infrastructure. Medical City and St. Luke's could be the few exceptional hospitals that has state-of-the-art IT facilities and software. I suppose hospitals use typical business software for managing their finance, and some web-based software for medical knowledge-base (I've seen one at Makati Med). I found this application a year ago while I was looking for a software that can be used (at no cost) for hospitals and looking for a way to integrate it PDAs which is becoming an essential toolkit for local medical doctors: http://openemed.org On 6/2/06, My List Mail <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
