I guess clicking on the "Upgrade" button in the update manager counts
as good old dist-upgrade. :D So yes, I have. However, I encountered
one issue (which might be specific to my box):
Scrollkeeper ran too long, and seemed to fail. I had to re-configure
scrollkeeper after a reboot, and installed the newer unbuntu-desktop
on top of the old one.
Other than the above issue, I'm loving Dapper a lot. Like JM said, YMMV. :)
