Thanks John for the help. LTSP and all of the
components are now up and running. But the problem now is, I cannot seem to boot
my PC to the network. =(

Try to wget the LTSP 4.2 directory manually. [1]. Download LTSP
utils [2] then from there select a local LTSP source remember
to put a URI format like file:///path/to/ltsp/directory
