i have a RH9 installation with vnc. it boots in GUI mode. and run
vncserver on screen 1. when i run vnc viewer on my winxp pc and view
my RH9 desktop it is a new screen. now i re run the vnc server in RH9
at screen 0 using the command:
# vncserver :0 -name <my winxp ip>
but it says that screen zero is in use.
how do i run vnc server on screen 0 and view it in my winxp?
My suggestion would be to use x11vnc. That will vnc the :0 screen
so that you can get to it from a remote machine by choosing the :0
screen.
