Example:
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 serial1 200
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 serial2 200
this will load balance the traffic.

what's the exact model of the router?, afaik, 28xx series supports
failover similar to your requirements. anyway, here's a hint: if you're
not going to use Zebra, then your question would be off-topic :)

Router Serial 1 -> ISP 1 = 202.x.x.x/27
Router Serial 2 -> ISP 2 = 203.x.x.x/27
Router Fa0 -> LAN
If ISP1 goes down, ISP2 will take over automatically. Is this possible ? If so, how can I set this up. I have read about cisco 'Floating Static Route' but not quite sure if this can be used.
I have searched the forums/google but that didn't help me much.
PS. BGP/Zebra is not going to work for me.
Any help/hint/tip is much appreciated.
