PLUG Philippine LINUX Users' Group. They might be at help if you decide to use 
LINUX gateways to make the Failover/Redundant/Load Balancing. This is very 
easy in LINUX, might want to reconsider. hehehe

There is this thing as HOT STAND-BY in routers for the failover, might want to 
check it out also.
