Good one. ;)

However, even in jest, "simple" is an underestimation -- a _major_
underestimation of the work required to make this happen. Politics is
not cheap in _any_ country, and I doubt there is anyone in the list
who will practically shell out resources just for the endeavor --
after all, we all want to have it free and cheap ;).
