I work for a service company. You cannot provide service without providing software. we dont sell software. call it a conspiracy of the service providing companies to defraud the software selling companies of their income. whats the difference between the regents of the university of california and government? get the latest bsd license. replace government of the republic of the philippines everywhere there is regents of the university of california. whats the difference? none! i will vote for all the members of any political party who can provide all of the software government uses to the whole internet. it does not make sense for private enterprise to pay for software that will be given away. only governement can. everybody has access to roads right? its just a logical extension of the service. -- things i hate about my linux pc: 1. it takes more than a second to boot up 2. keeps asking about filenames and directories 3. does not remember what i was working on yesterday 4. does not remember all the changes i have ever made 5.cannot figure out necessary settings by itself _________________________________________________ Philippine Linux Users' Group (PLUG) Mailing List [email protected] (#PLUG @ irc.free.net.ph) Read the Guidelines: http://linux.org.ph/lists Searchable Archives: http://archives.free.net.ph
