i was hoping to try mondorescue on a livecd to create a system backup and 
restore it on a workstation that do not have an optical drive. i already bit 
the bullet and asked the company tech team to reblast the machine using norton 
ghost. hopefully i can get back a working machine by the middle of next week. :(
