Provided the installer was accessed by legal means, using the distro
without the support contract must be legal as long as use !=
distributing (burned CDs, or ISO images) because the RH logos are
still there. If you remove/replace them, Section 1 of the EULA allows
redistribution of in source and binary form (provided you remove RH
related trademarks). You won't have access to updates via RHN though.
But you can still get the SRPMs and compile it your self or use CentOS
repositories.
