/- Since the Philippines is a third world country. Linux would be more
advisable. Firstly, it stops people from buying pirated software.
Secondly, it allows Filipino's to use ther creativity and talents in
order to create software. Thirdly, Vista's hardware requirements are
simply too high. The expense needed to use that OS is beyond the means
for most Filipino's, Linux and its lower hardware requirements fit in
better.
