Thanks for the draft, much appreciated. I've pretty much read it last night and most of it is ok, with the exception of Section 8 which seems to undermine existing free software licenses like GPL2 and upcoming GPL3 but looks friendly to some certain BSD licenses (like the original one, not the modified BSD). While Public Domain (PD) seem to favour this (and GPL compatible), there would probably certain groups in the future that would be concerned with this particular section.
