Mind you, there's also a whole lot of open-minded zealots too who by
trying introduce growth too soon may only accelerate our country's

The point I wish to make here is one of balance and moderation; I
would like to see everyone using computers running on whatever OS
legally available for them, instead of no one single computer user at
all.

i have a question to ask, let's say that this bill gets passed into law, how
sure are we that it is going to be implemented to the fullest? we are a
country with too many laws but the problem lies in the one enforcing it.

Good question.  What happens to this bill when there are absolutely no
enabling laws for it?
