i dont really make a distinction between political and technical
issues. i believe that everything we do is related to the political.
it is about being able to do something effectively. and control of
major aspects and details of our future is one thing we all lack
except for the social elite.

now this project shows that ordinary people now has the capability to
process large amounts of information covering a large area of current
events and use it for their own interest. moral or immoral.

so why limit yourself to the consequences of social interactions like
the election tally? once they have the capability to analyse the tally
and spot irregularities in real time whats to prevent them from seeing
the potential of a more pervasive datamining? once you track tally
reports and kidnappings and movement of officals and their friends and
relatives and maybe food purchases and gasoline purchases...

and maybe some information from illegal sources...

and corelate them...

using fee software...

im not surprised if the administration is doing this already...
