For whatever it's worth, I have successfully used and continue to use
two banking websites using Mozilla on Debian GNU/Linux:

1. HSBC (http://www.hsbc.com.ph) - you need to install the User Agent
Switcher and broadcast Microsoft Internet Explorer as your web browser,
though. With that workaround, it works flawlessly. Also works fine using
Safari on Mac OS X without any tweaks.

2. BPI (http://www.bpiexpressonline.com) - you need to use an
alternative URL to access the frames version, since the drop down menus
don't work on Mozilla or Safari. The alternative URL is
https://www.bpiexpressonline.com/direct_signinnie.htm.

Cheers!
