Not quite easy and not as simple as you might think. There are costs
and overheads (new skills to develop, disruption on established
operations, etc.) associated when migrating from one technology to
another even if both technologies are all FOSS.

This is also true when forcing all government offices to adopt FOSS
and clamor that they will save a lot of money by discarding
proprietary software.

may choice kang lumipat ng vendor (or distro) na hindi mo kailangang
magbuhos ng malaking halaga.
