You just need the user agent switcher extension if it's already
available in Firefox 2. On the "Platform" text box, just append add
any string that contains "win" or "mac" (ex. "Sub-zero Wins!").
Anyway, Firefox is not an officially supported browser for HSBC. They
only officially support Netscape 4.x and IE >= 5 on Windows or Mac.
Other operating systems and browsers are not officially supported. :(
