Well, How I wish they look at the both sides and specially advantages of FOSS and the effects of this in our country. Look at India, Thailand, and other countries in ASIA using Open Source or FOSS. If FOSS bill will be implemented in our country I think I can say that philippines in 2010 will be 90% pirated free. In fact if they will study it carefully they can still earn money not just in revenues out of FOSS "pag aralan nilang mabuti".
Well sana nga representative from House will enlighten thier mind and shrapen thier ideas.
