I've checked your header_checks file -- seems ok. Ran a few tests in
my setup, too, and was able to get positive results based on
header_checks:

As Peter Plug said, you don't have to run postmap for header_checks.
BTW, it's "IAN", as in "indio", not "LAN". :P
