your SMTP server is configured as an open relay or the ip assigned to you by
your isp is listed in RBL, you can check your SMTP's ip address at this url
www.robtex.com/rbls.html

if it's listed check postfix's main.conf and look for the mynetworks
parameter, be sure that it only allows locahost and your subnet address.

after you fix it, time to remove your smtp server from those list.
