well chikka will charge the receiver which is not good if your running a
customer service app where the cost should be handle by the company. Our
reverse charging engine can charge the SMS to a third SIM (eg: this is the
company SIM) so both the sender and receiver doesnt get charged. Also we do
just-in-time balance checking so if the 3rd SIM has no load we can divert
the charge to another SIM, receiver, sender or just postpone the sending of
the messages until the charged SIM is reloaded. Finally this is all done via
a 4digit access number not the long chikka prefix+cellnumber which IMHO
doesnt give anonymity.

Have you considered "chatting" to the cell phone via chikkatalk? use
gaim and send messages to [EMAIL PROTECTED] ie
[EMAIL PROTECTED] You can even chat/text via gmail. keyword
to remember is jabber. no need to track user account because chikka
will charge the receiver (P2 per text if I remember corectly) if he
replies.
