hi! i am accessing our VPS in london (servelocity.net) from our office (dsl connection/makati) and quite acceptable in speed but there are times load of pages seems so slow, our provider confirmed that problem w/ FO cut in taiwan was not fully restored yet w/c cause intermittent connection :(
