RoundCube <http://www.roundcube.net/> looks promising, though I
haven't tried it.
I've used SquirrelMail and Horde IMP, and as far as usability goes,
they both worked well for our users. My suggestion is to create a
focus group and run usability tests (just five people will do, I
think) to decide which client to choose.
