I don't have production systems. This is a "training" system, so I gave the VM (VMWare Server) only 512M. Swap is 1G. If I recall right, that is the minimum swap the installer looks for.
Looks like the 10G has become an overkill beast, in 9.2 we only add 25% for paging space of the ram size. Hopefully with policy shape now is lean toward Linux and we could be given a chance to evaluate with this platform.
