Our HP DL585 are mostly single instace of RHEL sayang talaga and we are ranting to use VMWare and upstairs realized the cost business, will maintain the p-series unless customers are willing to pay for it. There is also a trend to bear away from Oracle if an application requirement can be supported with MySQL.

Tell me about it :D It seems the biggest X86 box you can buy at sane prices is the Sun Fire X4600, with 8 dual-core Opteron processors. Even an HP DL585 with 4 dual-core Opteron 8220's (2.8GHz) running Linux, runs rings (3X speed) around a pSeries with 4 dual-core POWER5+ at 1.6GHz at a much much lower cost.
