Last December, Globe had a promo where you could get a 768 kbps plan for P999. We downgraded our original P1995 plan to this one, a 768kbps plan. But it seems we're lucky. Even though we have a 768kbps plan, we seem to be getting 1 Mbps on off-peak hours, or if you use Bit-Torrent on peak hours. But then again, maybe the reason we're getting such speed is that there are only a few subscribers in our area. -- Gideon N.
