I believe he meant *disk* images (i.e. a copy of the physical disk or
system as a software file). For example, something to create a CD image
(otherwise known as an ISO), but with the capability of including that
software in the created image as well.
I believe the OP is looking for something that runs like Norton Ghost?
(I can't come up with possible solutions at the moment though).
