To all who reply to my post, thanks you.

I probably use free VMWARE server, thanks for the tip.
I read before that Sun Fire really perform fast and
the cost are comparable to Intel based, can you post
supplier of this machine locally, how about support
and spare parts, just in case. Are this easily
available? I also visit VirtualBox site and it seems
that using that will be allowed only for personal use.
Is free VMWARE server has also that restriction? I
want to use the free version at first and if ever that
the VMWARE really perform as in un-virtualized box,
maybe upgrade later to the paid version to use other
features. Xen is available to the upcoming CentOS 5,
are there any advantage of using that instead?

Thanks again.

yes you can use the free VMWARE. you still need NT
licenses though.
your plan is not a bad one, you can probably
consolidate multiple NT4
boxes onto a single new CentOS box.

i highly recommend the Sun Fire X2200 M2 class boxes.
These are 64-bit
dual-core Opterons. They cost about the same as
SuperMicro or Intel
server hardware ($8k). Me, I'd rather go for Sun if it
costs the same
as other hardware.
