If your Russian is good why not ;-) ? Linux XP appears to be a KDE-based Linux distro with the infamous Start button (in place of the usual K. Interestingly, its cloning of the WinXP "look and feel" may well be legal in Russia, which has (or has had) poor trademark laws. Ever heard of Windows 99?
