Maybe it's only "Vista Capable", not "Vista Premium Ready". Even hardware from 2-3 years ago can be considered Vista Capable. But if you need Aero, etc, you need the Vista Premium Ready hardware. Anyway, as long as Ubuntu runs and properly detects and configure most of the hardware, I think it should be fine for most of us here. I just wish that the video memory isn't shared with the system memory. -- Gideon N.
