there are lot's commercial softwares that are capable of doing this but you
can use the following F/OSS
as an alternative:

- CygWin/X   (http://x.cygwin.com/)  * i'm using this one.
- XMing         (http://www.straightrunning.com/XmingNotes/)  ** i think
this is way much better.
