Hi John,

I tried searching on send_nsca.exe but it leads me to NC_Net_setup.msi
installation. Now, installing the NC_NET_setup.msi requires dot net frameworks
1.1 blah blah, i have .net framework installed and its running on version 2,
NC_NET_setup.msi is not recognizing the new version of .net framework and it
doesnt seems to work for me.

any idea where i can look or download send_nsca.exe instead of NC_NET_set.msi
so that i can test it on win2k3 SP2. half of our machines is running on win2k3
SP2 and i need to have a passive check also.

Regards,

RueL

The windows guru of our monitoring team created an
agent using WScript and then utilizing send_nsca.exe
binary to send as passive checks every 5 minutes (very
similar to Big Brother). Afaik, he is querying wmi and
has some 20 service checks defined per server.

Hope that helps.
