Ramil,

How did you create your new kernel and how did you install it?
Did you do it the "Debian/Ubuntu" way using the kernel-package utility
"make-kpkg"?
If yes, you should issue "make-kpkg --initrd kernel-image" instead of
just "make-kpkg kernel-image".
