agree with mike the ubuntu installation we tried made a great impression on the bosses when, upon install, it recognized both our laserjets 2200 and 2215, both network printers, without downloading / installing anything (as opposed to win which of course needed the drivers from the CDs).
Specifically for the 2215, the drivers are able to control from which of the 3 paper trays you want to get paper from as well.
