FS3 is one of Tri-Isys many customers. We provide customized managed
hosting services on top of dedicated servers and bandwidth provided by
Tri-Isys. I don't know if Tri-Isys provides entry-level VPS-type
hosting. I'm sure the Tri-Isys admins have already seen this thread and
alerted the appropriate people. If someone from sales gets in touch with
you, then that means you're part of their target market.

Being with PLDT exclusively isn't necessarily a good idea. Queries from
a Globe subscriber to a PLDT server go all the way out to Hong Kong and
back. Fortunately Tri-Isys is able to provide us with access to multiple
local peering arrangements, that is great with PLDT, Globe, and a slew
of other local ISPs.

Cheers!
