Same problem with Eastern to PLDT. If you trace one way it goes via the Local links but PLDT have to go via US, because the Local link is Saturated and they have not upgraded.
Or that is the excuse i keep hearing from others, looks like a PLDT vs GLOBE or the World issue. Being so big they blame the others, If you really need good connection to all ISPs put it OFFSHORE.. When have you seen Google slow? But a interlink here... SORRY to any PLDT or GLOBE or eastern staff, but the interconnection sucks.. Bayantel to Eastern is good, Globe is OK, PDLT is a nightmare. The only reason we use PLDT for one of our connections is Globe's Reliability sucks there and Bayantel and Eastern are not there. Meralco have a large Center CIS i think its called that may be an option to look at.
