I don't think there are F/OSS inventory or ERP systems that are designed specifically with the complexities of the tailoring business in mind. We[1] are currently implementing TinyERP[2] for a client[3] that manufactures leather goods. I believe this is quite similar to the tailoring business in that they also deal with materials that come in rolls and sheets, and that we also have spoilage factors, as well as retazos.
