Most of the software I mentioned have demo sites and these are also some of the most mature open source ERP software. If they're too much for your needs, try others. There's a lot of them in sourceforge.
Also, how simple do you want it? I've taken a look at these packages and they vary in their learning curves, but no system is without one.
