In short, you want to intercept all HTTP traffic. Nothing nasty in

Excuse me.  But if your neighbors are smart enough to connect
for free to the Internet via your  home wireless router, which 
bandwidth you pay for with your hard-earned money, then your 
neighbors should be smart enough to know that you have the 
proprietary right to inspect traffic that they generate. For all you
know, they might be doing something illegal, since connecting
to your router is already somewhat "illegal".
