Hi, I'm very impressed with kvm, running Windows XP, other Linuxen, and Solaris. But, with a single disk, I find myself short on disk I/O and seek time.
I'm thinking of getting 2 more disks and: 1. On the first 2 disks, RAID 0 for swap, /tmp and maybe the base OS since reinstalling this is no big deal. 2. On the 3rd disk, /home which will contain the virtual machine image files. What do you think? _________________________________________________ Philippine Linux Users' Group (PLUG) Mailing List http://lists.linux.org.ph/mailman/listinfo/plug Searchable Archives: http://archives.free.net.ph
