Hello Guys,

We have migrated almost all of our Lotus Mail Server to SUSe Linux.
Usually, we just put a static entries in the Microsoft DNS Server.

Unfortunately, we need to clear the MS DNS Server due to incorrect static
entries.

The MS servers are not affected since they are just automatically entered
via DDNS feature inherent with active directory.

However, they are asking me if its possible to have Linux automatically
register its hostname to IP in the M$ DDNS.

I have taken a look at ddclient, but I think it does not work with MS DNS (I
wonder why? hmm hehe)

Does anybody have other ideas?

This really is important as it hinders 100% migration to linux in all mail
servers and we have at least 70 servers.

Thanks,

JGaspar
