i don't know what you are really up to  :)  but you might want to try
enabling samba+active directory[1] on our SuSe Linux which would update the
entries on your MS DDNS server.

if that wouldn't work, ask your developers to create a sinple web/xml DDNS
update service on your MS DDNS server and a commandline client (script) on
your SuSe machine  :)
