It would be best for you if just use a newer version of Ubuntu like Heron, most of our workstations have Marvell Yukon NIC's and Heron can detect them just fine. If you insist on using Dapper I suggest you go Marvell Yukon site --> http://www.marvell.com/drivers/driverSearchResults.do and download the Linux 2.4+ version, read the README file on how to install.
