My bad, I did not verify the real issue handed to me, I googled that N81 push email technology is still in beta stage and SMART only supports Blackberry at this time. I was baffled at first because someone from SMART asked me to open ports 8080 and 9210 respectively on the firewall, of course I asked what it is for, unfortunately she wasn't able to convince me that is why I posted here, anyways what the user really wanted is to access her email via her N81 through its built in email client, the real issue was she was using an incorrect username that is why she can't access her inbox.
