AFAIK 3gp is just a container format. What specifically is the video/ audio codec of your file?

Sir you might try to install and use VLC instead on your Linpus Lite.

sudo yum install fedora-release
sudo rpm -ivh http://rpm.livna.org/livna-release-8.rpm
sudo yum install vlc
