But isn't this covered by the domain of Electrical Engineers? What could be the justification for an "Electronics Permit". I can understand the need for "Building permits" and "Electrical permits" since, if unregulated, implementations of such can cause the public some harm like fire. I am not sure though if the same can apply to regular electronics.
