I'll be more surprise to see Android running on set-top boxes[1] especially that a lot of people are now watching/browsing online videos/photos from their wide-screen TVs. MSFT tried conquering the TV before[2] but it didn't last[3] although their Xbox360/Netflix[4] solution is kinda cool and might work. But linux seems to be a popular choice among set-top boxes (e.g. Roku Netflix Player[5], Blockbuster[6], MythTV[7])
