Try ypops for ymail and if your using thunderbird check webmail plugin.

I use Untangle in bridge mode behind my pfSense box, it's a great UTM, (Web 
filter, anti phising, anti spyware, anti virus, anti spam) caveat though is 
it's resource hungry, needs a lot of RAM for decent performance.
