We also have this problem back then when i was working on one of the offices on ortigas the cheapest solution is to have a cat 6 cable drop from 20th flr. down to 10th flr. in our case we run the cables through the elevators from 25th flr. down to 5th flr. be ready to pay those building admins/engrs. the building engrs. charge us 3k for this, damn those engrs. hehehe but it sure did solve the problem.
